With over 35 years of business leadership experience, I am a Strategy Consultant dedicated to guiding organizations through strategic transformation and business improvement.
My expertise encompasses strategy development and execution, brand positioning, revenue optimization and business transformation. Programme
We offer an intensive 3 stage - strategy sprint programme, where we work closely with your leadership team, to generate a new strategic positioning for your business
Stage 1 -
Consultation
We review - where you and your competition are today; the market in which you have chosen to play; your unique and valuable proposition; the tradeoffs or choices being made; as well as the challenges you face and opportunities open to you. We explore the strength and engagement of your team, as we finalise the scope of our work.
This initial phase of the sprint programme is free of charge and may be carried out in person or via Teams, whichever is most convenient for you.
Stage 2 -
Workshops
Over four workshops with your senior team, we brainstorm and gather ideas as part of a process or discovery and exploration.
Shared input, ensures everyone's innovative ideas are used to shape your strategy.
Stage 3 -
Action
By the end of the - strategic sprint programme - we bring everything together: the market in which you operate, your unique offering, the choices or tradeoffs made, and your priorities. We develop project plans, as well as shape governance and communication processes so that there is clear alignment and understanding across your business. This is brought together and published in material that can be shared with your people, your suppliers and other stakeholders.
